Step 1: Access Your Account

  • Navigate to the AFRIDAX Exchange website at https://exchange.afridax.com.

  • Enter your username and password to securely log in to your account.

  • If you do not already have an account, complete the registration process before proceeding with the verification steps.

Step 2: Open User Settings

  • After logging in, locate the User icon in the top-right corner of the webpage.

  • Click on the icon to open a drop-down menu with various account management options.

  • From this menu, select Verification to access your verification preferences.

Step 3: Access the Verification Section

  • Selecting the Verification option will present you with the Verification page.

    • This section allows you to manage security measures, including identity verification, which is required for enhanced account security and regulatory compliance.

Step 4: Initiate Identity Verification

  • In order, complete your

    1. Email Verification

    2. Phone Verification

    3. Personal Information

    4. Proof of identity

Personal Information Form

  • After clicking the "Personal Information" Verify button, you will be directed to the identity verification form.

  • Fill out all required fields carefully, ensuring that all information entered is accurate and up-to-date.

  • The form may ask for details such as your full name, date of birth, and other personal identification information.

Proof of identity - Liveliness & Upload Required Documents

  • Final step, select "Proof of identity" Verify button, you will be redirected to our 3rd party KYC provider,
    you will be prompted to upload supporting documents and a proof of liveliness for final verification.

  • Typically, these documents include:

    • A government-issued ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license)

    • Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to securely upload these documents.

Important Notes:

  • Accuracy: Double-check the information you enter on the form to avoid delays in the verification process.

  • Document Requirements: Ensure that the documents you upload are clear, legible, and meet the platform’s requirements.

  • Processing Time: The verification process may take some time. You will be notified once your identity has been successfully verified.
