Clearing Browser Cookies and Cache
To resolve browsing issues, clearing your cookies and cache can often help. For most browsers, you can quickly access the necessary settings by pressing CTRL + Shift + Delete. This will open the browser settings page, where you can select to clear your cookies. Please ensure you only clear cookies unless you wish to remove additional data such as your browsing history.
After clearing your cookies, close the tab where you experienced the issue, then reopen it to refresh your session.

Google Chrome (Desktop)

Click the Tools menu (three vertical dots) in the top-right corner of your browser.

Select History.

In the left-hand menu, click Clear browsing data.

Set the Time range to All time.

Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

Click Clear data.
For Windows users: Close and reopen Chrome for changes to take effect.
For macOS users: Go to the Chrome menu in the top menu bar and select Quit to apply the changes.
Google Chrome (iOS)

Open the Google Chrome app on your iOS device.

Tap the menu icon (three horizontal dots) in the bottom-right corner.

Select Settings.

Tap Privacy.

Choose Cookies, Site Data, and Cached Images and Files.

Set the Time range to All time.

Tap Clear Browsing Data at the bottom of the screen.

Mozilla Firefox (Desktop)

Safari (macOS)

Safari (iOS)

The Clear History and Website Data button will turn grey once the cache and cookies have been successfully cleared.
Microsoft Edge (Windows 10)
