Unverified Level (Account Creation)
Upon creating an account on our platform, you will initially be assigned to the Unverified level. At this stage, you are only required to provide basic information to begin using our services.

Once your basic details are entered and your email has been verified, your account will be created.

Sign up on our platform by completing the registration form.

Complete the sign-up process to create your account.
After account creation, you will be able to deposit and begin to trade.
Level 1: Verified (Phone Number, Email & Address Verification)
To increase your withdrawal limit, you need to complete Level 1 Verification. This involves verifying your personal details, such as your phone number and physical address, through a simple workflow process.

KYC Verification workflow (includes uploading all supporting documents & Liveliness Verification)
Steps to Complete Level 1 Verification:

Log in to your account.

Navigate to the Verification section in your account settings.

Verify your phone number and physical address in the fields provided.

You will be redirected to our verification platform, complete the verification workflow as instructed to submit your information for review.
Once you've successfully submitted the required information and completed the verification workflow and the process passes all verification, your withdrawal limit will be increased, and you'll have access to a broader range of services.
PLEASE NOTE!
If you fail a step or do not follow the instructions correctly (i.e. don't upload a clear document or fail your liveliness test), our team will have to review your details and process your verification manually, this will take additional time.
Level 2: Verified Plus (Source of Funds Declaration)
To unlock higher withdrawal limits and comply fully with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, you can apply for Level 2 Verification. This process involves submitting a request to our support team.
Requirements:
- Source of funds declaration (e.g., employment, investment income, personal savings, etc.)
How to Request Level 2 Verification:

The support agent will issue you with an online link to complete the Source of Funds Deceleration.
Be clear about where your funds are coming from (e.g., income from employment, investments, or personal savings). -
Our team will review your request, and if everything is in order, we will complete your Level 2 verification.
Once Level 2 verification is completed, your account will be verified with a higher withdrawal limit available.
Levels beyond Verified Plus
For any levels beyond the Verified Plus level, you will have to follow similar steps as listed above by applying for your level increase with our support team.

Withdrawal Limits: As you progress through each level, your withdrawal limits will increase. At the Unverified level, you can withdraw a limited amount, at Level 1, your limit will be raised, and with Level 2, you’ll have access to even higher available limits.
