Deleting your account

If you wish to delete your account with us, please follow these steps:

Contact Support

To begin the account deletion process, you will need to send a request to our support team from the registered email address associated with your account. Please ensure that your request specifies your desire to close your account.

Identity Verification

Our support team will confirm your identity to ensure that the request to delete your account is legitimate and made by the account holder. Once your identity is verified, we will proceed with closing your account.

Record Retention

Please note, if you wish to reactivate your account after it has been deleted, our team will not be able to accommodate you as the deletion of an account is final. Due to the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FIC Act), we are required to retain account records for a minimum of 5 years after the account is closed.
