Below is a guide on how to level up your account from the unverified status to full verification. - Level 0 - Unverified - Level 1 - Verified - Level 2 - Verified Plus See this article on how to view your level status from your AFRIDAX profile. Unverified Level (Account Creation) Upon creating an account on our platform, you will initially be assigned to the Unverified level. At this stage, you are only required to provide basic information to begin using our services. Requirements: - Name - Email address - Phone number Refer to the Identity Verification article for detailed steps. Once your basic details are entered and your email has been verified, your account will be created. How to Get Started: 1. Sign up on our platform by completing the registration form. 2. Complete the sign-up process to create your account. After account creation, you will be able to deposit and begin to trade. Level 1: Verified (Phone Number, Email & Address Verification) To increase your withdrawal limit, you need to complete Level 1 Verification. This involves verifying your personal details, such as your phone number and physical address, through a simple workflow process. Requirements: - Phone number and email verification - Address Capture - KYC Verification workflow (includes uploading all supporting documents & Liveliness Verification) Steps to Complete Level 1 Verification: 1. Capture Requirements

Below are the requirements for size and quality of document images captured by any device, which are necessary for successful image processing by Document Reader SDK. More details are available on our KYC vendors website. Good lighting Good lighting helps to achieve better OCR results. If the image is too dark or too bright, the document might not be processed successfully. Avoid reflections Glares and reflections interfere with processing and reduce data extraction accuracy. We recommend not to use the flash of your mobile device when capturing document images. Focus and sharpness Make sure the image is clear and there are no blurred areas. Angle The tilt angle of the document should not exceed 10 degrees in any direction (horizontal or vertical) Margins (too small) Make sure there is minimal space around the document. It is recommended that the document takes up 70-80% of the image. Contrast The document should be in clear contrast to the background. A light-coloured document on a light background, as well as a dark-coloured document on a dark background, might not be recognised. Resolution of the image To achieve a good quality of recognition of identification documents, we recommend that you provide images captured by a camera with a resolution of at least Full HD (1920×1080) and autofocus.
